BUSS2 – High Current DC Power Supply for Stepper drives etc

This DIN rail mountable power supply is intended to be used with a 300 or 625VA transformer to create a DC power supply for high power stepper drivers or servo drives with a DC input.

BUSS3 – Chassis mount version of above

Similar to above but includes toroidal transformer. In Development.

ClBrCnt – Clutch/Brake controller

This is a microcontroller based clutch/brake unit controller. It has a count input, a two digit thumbwheel input, a “top dead centre” input and disable input. When the preset amount of count signals come in the brake is turned on until the tdc input is active. The power supply for a small clutch/brake unit is included.

OPTO12 – Optically coupled level shifter/inverter

This is a small DIN rail mountable device that has a number of uses. These are:

NPN to PNP converter (orPNP to NPN)
Voltage level converter
(e.g. 5V to 24V or 24V to 5V)
Optical isolation

MISLAB – Missing label detector

This is an 8 channel missing label detector for checking that all labels are present on a web. It has overide switches for all sensor inputs and each sensor may additionally be used as a flag detection input to detect flags inserted by the printer to indicate print errors in the printing process.
